Pastry weights
My sister is such a sweetheart. She bought me these pastry weights. No excuses now for me to make bad pastry, and I can throw away the soup mix that I have been using!
They're doing one on Masterchef tonight - it looks tasty (chocolate ganache, lavender and raspberries). I also like savoury tarts. You can try some out on me if you like.

ReplyDeleteChocolate ganache and raspberries sounds great, not so sure about the lavender.
ReplyDeleteI have some sweet shortcrust pastry in the freezer so will go for a sweet tart first. A ganache sounds interesting.
